An experienced and passionate communications professional supervising, managing and motivating Outbound Sales team members on a daily basis, leading the development of workforce and implementation of communication strategy in close collaboration with the management team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing  internal and external communications within MILVIK, and liaising with technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Achieve all individual and team targets / KPIs set by the department (Sales, AHT, QSL/QI)

Provide detailed sales reports and forecasting

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day operation

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Strong Command over Microsoft Office

Must be a confident communicator and presenter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills

Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management


Relevant experience ( Team Lead & Point Person Level) upto one year.
