An experienced and passionate communications professional supervising, managing and motivating Inbound team members on a daily basis, leading the development of workforce and implementation of communication strategy in close collaboration with the management team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing all external and internal communications within MILVIK, liaising with technical staff, and proactively developing organization’s communications.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Strong Command over Microsoft Office

Must be a confident communicator and presenter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills

Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management


Relevant experience ( Team Lead & Point Person Level) of minimum two years
